Canon P Black Rangefinder Camera w/ Meter & Black Aperture Ring Lens SUPER RARE

This is an extremely rare outfit, especially is this condition and with all of the components that are included. The Canon P body has all the attributes of an authentic black body camera, not a repainted model (only a few hundred of these were manufactured). The lens is an authentic black aperture ring lens, which again, is extremely rare (try to find one for sale that doesn’t have a chrome ring). The black Canon meter is also a rarity as well as the camera case that is designed to accomadate the camera with the meter mounted on the camera. The cosmetic condition of this camera body is excellent with very minor wear, only faint bright marks and light scratches here and there. There is a tiny ding on the front of the top housing just above the lens mount. The viewfinder is clear and the rangefinder works properly. Meter shows minor wear but does not work. Lens barrel is in mint condition. Glass is clean except for some internal clouding on one of the interior elements. There is also a small spec on one of the internal elements that looks like a piece of lint. Lens cap is not original. Aperture blades are clean. Focus is smooth. Shutter curtain has minor crinkles but this is common for this camera as the curtain is made form very thin stainless steel. The shutter works and sounds reasonably accurate but was not tested with instrumentation.
