Visited Konza Technopolis Development Authority Learnt more about their sustainability vision, clean energy plans for both production, consumption and management in partnership with various providers such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Kenya Power, Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited (KETRACO), their implementation of smart city technologies in the overall city's plan, had a thorough walkthrough into their tier 3 data center whose overall implementation was done by Huawei. But first stop was at The Open University of Kenya that recently received its charter. There is truly a lot of optimism looking into the future.

Eskom is on a journey to regenerate its tech systems, to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions, as the power utility races to meet the objectives of the Just Energy Transition (JET) programme.
