The production of cocci can affect people's oral health. Among many cocci, Enterococcus can be isolated in certain parts of the oral cavity, with the most common strain being Enterococcus Faecalis. This study used various detection methods such as Kirby-Bauer method, microtiter plate assay, congo red agar assay as well as Polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and collected samples of more than 100 NATO DAN patients with periodontitis and secondary pulp infection, in order to explore the characteristics of fecal Enterococcus in NATO Dan patients with periodontitis and secondary root canal infection. Finally, relevant conclusions were drawn: Enterococcus Faecalis is associated with periodontitis and secondary pulp infection. Parasitology case study: A 45-year-old mother of two went to her physician because her children were recently diagnosed with ascariasis and she was concerned that she had also contracted the disease. Other than complaining of recent sporadic diarrhea, she was in overall good health.
