🌟 What a fantastic week at ICSC Western! 🌟 I had the privilege of attending an incredible networking opportunity and team-building event. It was not only an enlightening experience but also a whole lot of fun. Here are some key takeaways from the event: 1. Retailers are on the move and eager to expand their store counts. 2. The gap between landlords and tenants is narrowing, particularly in light of economic uncertainties. High-grade tenants are able to negotiate some well-deserved concessions. 3. Municipalities can be a bit of a hurdle, no matter where you are in the state. Sacramento, or elsewhere, we all face some common challenges in getting things done efficiently. 4. NNN charges are on the rise, but tenants are pushing for cost caps. It's all about making sure we're all on the same page. 5. There are plenty of value-add buyers out there, waiting for the right moment. It seems like we're all ready for opportunities to shine! 6.
