The architectural cluster Clérigos is classified National Monument since 1910. This monument, which is an icon of the city of Oporto, as well as one of the main points of interest of a must-visit.

The first project of the Sineira Tower was in the year 1753 at the request of the Brotherhood of Clerics, and in 1754 the works started to build the beloved Tower of Clerics. The works were completed in 1763, with the placing of the iron cross on top and the image of São Paulo in the niche above the door.

Nicolau Nasoni gave at Porto the tower that today we can visit, climbing the 225 steps at his own pace. After travelling the 75 meters high of the tower, enjoy the panoramic view of the best viewpoint of the city of Porto.
