Management of health, provident and litigation flows: Harmonie Mutuelle and Luminess (formerly Jouve), a long-term trusted partnership

Paris, April 2020 - Harmonie Mutuelle, a founding member of Groupe VYV, satisfied with the quality of the services provided by Luminess and the relationships between the teams, renewed its confidence in the Group and awarded it a new call for tenders for a period of 3 years (2020-2023). Harmonie Mutuelle thus continuing its partnership with Luminess, a digital services company and BPO specialist, to improve the processing of its customer files.
Luminess, a key player in the dematerialization and processing of health and provident flows

Luminess processes approximately 30 files per day to Harmonie Mutuelle, on its platforms located at Mayenne, from members as well as health professionals whatever the channel: paper, email, website. Luminess provides the following services:

  • Reception and sorting of all physical flows on a single processing site
  • Digitization (RAD / LAD [1]) of nearly 30 members and healthcare professionals per day
  •  Implementation of a video coding solution
  •  Transformation of flows under the B2 standard [2] and Noémie [3]
  •  Provision in an EDM (Electronic Document Management) of requests for business processing by managers or for archiving when processing is automated

These services have gradually been extended to pension and litigation data, included in this new market. The expertise of Luminess makes it possible to cover the entire chain: the reception of paper documents, their digitization, their indexing, as well as that of the lines of acts and finally the generation of B2 and NOEMIE files. Luminess relies on its own document processing solutions (RAD LAD) designed and optimized for productivity and quality purposes. The use of these tools thus enables Luminess to be able to commit to quality SLAs[4] of more than 99% for data restitution.
