Found in Thailand, penninsular Malaysia and Borneo at elevations around 800 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with small, globose-ovoid, apically offset so as the leaf arises at an angle to the apex and carrying a sinle, elliptic to elliptic-oblong, rounded, basally twisted, petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall on an erect, from the rhizome, with a inflated, bract below the middle, 6" [15 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with a tubular, acute floral bract.
