Common Name The Grand Diuris - in Australia " Large Pansy Orchid"

Flower Size 1.4 to 2" [3.5 to 5 cm]

Found in Western Australia among grass and low shrubs in shrubby forests in sand at elevations of sea level to 100 meters as a medium sized, cold growing terrestrial orchid with 2 to 3, conduplicate leaves that blooms in the late winter and spring on an erect, 12 to 24" [30 to 60 cm] long, 3 to 7 flowered inflorecence.
