Colpothrinax wrightii on rare occasions in habitat produces multiple heads. The result is quite an unusual and attractive looking specimen!;-)

Yes, the roofing thatch is also from the Colpothrinax leaves. It is a very useful palm as seen here - chairs, small table and cigar ashtrays!;-)
