Form & Character: Formal, free flowering, low and mounding like a miniature Shasta daisy.

Growth Habit: Evergreen, cool-season annual, 1- to 3-feet tall with equal spread, compact and densely branched. In coastal maritime climates (Sunset zones 15-17, 22-24) will live 2 to 3 years.

Foliage/Texture: Foliage deeply pinntified and succulent, medium green; medium fine texture.

Flowers & Fruits: White perfect ray flowers with yellow centers, 1- to 1.5-inches across, fruit inconspicuous.

Seasonal Color: White during winter and spring in Phoenix.

Temperature: Best from 30^o to 90^oF.

Light: Full sun for best compact growth.

Soil: Light yet moist, organic, and well drained.

Watering: Regular

Pruning: Minimal, remove spent flowers to extend blooming period.

Propagation: Easy from seed, germinates in 7 to 14 days at 70^o to 80^oF.

Disease and Pests: Relatively disease and pest free, easy to culture as long as soil is cultivated and well drained.

Additional comments: Popular formal edging plant for formal mesic gardens to informal oasis gardens. Great for nostalgic gardens. Also, great for contemporary landscapes that are space limited. This is not a plant for 'desert' landscape plantings. In the right mesic spot though, it's nice!
