Alexandra Daddario Buys Midcentury Treehouse Described as a ‘Creative Retreat’ for $2.8 Million – See Inside!

When Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form got married almost a year ago, the two officially started their new chapter together. In their new life together, in addition to finally being able to call each other “husband” and “wife,” the two also made some major real estate moves together.

In December 2022, the White Lotus star and her director husband bought a $7.6 million hillside mansion in Brentwood.  Now, just a few months later, Daddario and Form bought another midcentury property, this time a smaller home worth $2.8 million, Dirt reports.

The couple’s new abode, which is described as a treehouse that backs up to a steep hillside, has two floors, the first mostly for storage and the second floor with all the entertaining areas and most of the bedrooms. As for highlights of the home, the property boasts blonde hardwood floors, plenty of wooden ceiling beams and a chef’s kitchen decked out in terrazzo. In the master bedroom, there’s also a Japanese-style ensuite bathroom made unique with forest green tile and paint.

Although it’s still unclear whether Daddario and Form purchased the home to sell their previous one or to just have two, Dirt reports the home’s listing describes the place as “the ultimate creative retreat.” Knowing that, we’re guessing this spot will become the couple’s new workspace while their previous one continues to be their home.

Check out some photos of their new home below, and for more head to Dirt for their official coverage!
