In addition to directing one of the most talked-about films of 2022, Don’t Worry Darling, and being in one of the most publicized celebrity relationships of the year with Harry Styles, Olivia Wilde has also made some major real estate moves too! According to Dirt, the actress/director just bought a Ranch-style home in Studio City for just under $6 million.
Wilde’s new home, which was totally rebuilt into a “bright and airy contemporary ranch” in 2015, is the best of what California luxury has to offer. Among the highlights is the open-concept great room that connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen, pocketed Fleetwood doors that open to the outside and breathtaking panoramic views of Los Angeles. In the kitchen, Wilde can do plenty of cooking in the chef-approved kitchen with soapstone countertops, high-end Gaggenau appliances and a massive eat-in island.
In the master bedroom, highlights only continue with an enormous walk-in closet with custom cabinetry and a luxury bath with double sinks and a separate tub and shower. In addition to the master, the home also has three more bedrooms and 2.5 more bathrooms (in addition to a detached guesthouse equipped with its own kitchenette and 3/4 bath.)
Outside the main house, which spans 3,700 square feet, there’s a big grassy lawn, a newly refurbished swimming pool and spa, a poolside cabana, an outdoor fireplace and gardens designed by noted landscape architect Judy Kameon.
