The University of Tennessee is making sure Vols fans step up their ugly Christmas sweater game, because what goes better with winter basketball?
The school is giving away an ugly sweater T-shirt (I know, stay with us here) to the first 900 fans that snag a Holiday Mini-Pack. That includes your choice of three games between the Vols and any of the following opponents: Butler, Tennessee Tech, Mercer, Tennessee State and East Tennessee State.

The mini-packs are a new option this season for Rocky Top enthusiasts.
"In creating the mini-plans for the upcoming basketball season, we wanted to improve the fan experience and reward Vol Nation for their support," Tennessee Assistant Athletics Director for Sales & Marketing Jimmy Delaney said in a release from the school. "And, well, we wanted to have a little bit of fun with the `tacky holiday' t-shirt."
If you ask me, they need some glitter to achieve the true tacky effect.
