Dictyosomes are net-like flat, membrane bound cavity structures called cisternae which comprise the Golgi apparatus. Proteins are stored in the dictyosomes for further transport,modified,sorted and packed into vesicles. Golgi complexes are compressed stacks of membrane bound pouches. This are mainly present in the plant cells. The Golgi apparatus appears here as a short structure type vesicles which are known as the dictyosomes. The proteins are synthesized in rough endoplasmic reticulum and are temporary store here alongwith some other compounds.
