This little Lousewort will grow in more temperate places than the height (7,000 feet) where we saw it and is native to Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Yugoslavia (all Balkan countries).

One of the problems we face when asked what the name of a plant is, is that by far the majority of people would prefer a name in their own language rather than the systematic or Latin name. What is easily forgotten is that if a plant doesn't actually grow in your country, there will be no common name for it in your language. Pedicularis rostratocapitata doesn't grow in the British Isles, so the common names aren't English:

Plugliuna cun spia curta (Italian)

Pedicolare a spiga breve (Also Italian)

Pédiculaire à bec et en tête (French)

Kopfiges Läusekraut (German)

Using Google Translate will give you a sort of translation, but it rarely makes any sense. The common name I found would translate approximately as: Pediculare dal naso lungo, in Italian.

So that's why I often use "No English name".
