indi is an orange wine produced by Štekar Winery vinified with Ribolla, Friulano, Chardonnay, Riesling grapes with spontaneous fermentation in steel tank, 15 days of maceration on skin, aging 36 months in acacia barrels tanks. No yeast or sulfites added, unfiltered, fermented by natural methods.
