Our production aim is 2 to 3 working days. Please allow me at least a day to get your gifts ready :) Personalised items are with processing time 3 to 5 days.

If you wish an order for next day dispatch do get in touch with us prior to placing the order.

Please be aware Weekend and bank Holidays are not counted as working days. Orders dispatched on Friday are delivered Monday.

We have upgraded our delivery service to Next day delivery (from dispatch) with one of the leading UK delivery companies. This is fully tracked service so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. You will receive an email or text message on the day of the delivery with one hour delivery window.

This service has been proven to be effective and reliable.

We will always post items to the address provided at the checkout. This protects both buyer and seller when using the etsy platform.

Please ensure your address is correct before confirming your order as we may not able to able to post to a different address.

REDELIVERY/ FAILED DELIVERY

If the delivery address was incorrect/ invalid or the delivery service is unable to deliver/ not collected by customer then your order will be returned back to us. We can arrange a redelivery of your item, however our standard delivery charges will apply again to this new delivery.

All of our hampers come as closed hamper baskets, closed boxes or closed suitcase gift boxes unless otherwise stated. They come wrapped with tulle ribbon or other type of ribbons as stated in the description of the item.
We add different colour tissue paper and filler for the hampers. If you require specific colour please get in touch.
Please be aware that it is physically not possible the hampers to be delivered arranged the same way they are presented in the photos due to transportation limitations.
If you wish the hamper to be delivered arranged as pictured, please do contact me. However we can not carry the risk of the condition it will arrive.

We take our customer's experience extremely seriously. We recognise in some cases there might be some misunderstandings with orders and etc.
We welcome you to contact us as it is of our interest everything to go smooth and efficient. Drawing from experience in the last few months I would like to be clear that we would not issue a refund in the following cases:
- Stating the item has not been delivered when it is shown as delivered and have evidence (pictures) of being delivered by the courier.
- Please be aware refunds will not be issued if the order arrives within the estimated delivery time. I provide info and tracking reference, you are well aware when the item will arrive unless you have selected no tracking as an option.

Please send messages via ETSY messaging. Sometimes emails go to junk folder and we are unable to reply.
Please when communicating try to be nice. I understand sometimes deliveries are delayed. This does not gives a person the right to be rude.
It has been clearly explained in every single description what our processing times are plus ETSY provides an estimated delivery times. Also DHL send a confirmation email or text with the expected delivery window on the day. If an order is dispatched on Friday it will be delivered on Monday.
Our courier service is fully trackable so you can monitor the progress of your delivery every single minute. In addition, you receive a dispatch notification with a message attached.
