There were thousands of these growing on the side of a road. The spore measurements are 19.5-24.5 x 10-11.5 micrometres (spore print, tap water). I could just see some fine verrucosity under oil immersion. If I understand correctly, T. pseudogregaria should have much larger ornamentation. Do you think I'm correct about the species? I tried to search some information and T. gregaria and T. hybrida are apparently synonyms.

Hi, in my opinion you are right with the determination. T. pseudogregaria has larger ornamentation, this fungi find mostly on rotten and wet wood.

Conveniently enough, I possibly happened to find T. pseudogregaria today (these were also growing on soil). The spore dimensions (17-21.5 x 9-11) fit T. livida quite well when compared to the key I found here. But the ornamentation in my opinion would fit T. pseudogregaria better.
