Bartsia trixago

Bartsia trixago L. (syn.: Bellardia trixago (L.) DC.) (Medit.) – A rare and ephemeral alien. Apparently first recorded in 1951 on rough ground in Oostende, without obvious vector of introduction (Verloove 2006). In 2011 and 2014 seen as a grain alien near the warehouses at the Amerikadok in the Antwerp port area. In 2017 also observed in a transloading zone near a canal in Obourg.
