Annona sp. "DALVA X" (Annona monticola x Annona coriacea)

Dalva X is a mysterious and rare fruit found in the Goiás savanna of Alto Paraiso de Goias. Small, low-sized plant, which has morphological characteristics of Annona monticola and with the appearance of Annona coriacea Likewise, its fruit has both qualities, having an appearance of its skin which resembles the leathery species and with pulp and flavor of monticola, a very unusual plant from which qualities of both species are taken. Extremely rare yet with a sweet flavor reminiscent of soursop, pineapple with citrus touches, a delicacy that only the Brazilian cerrado could provide.
