the exact problem
Archive.org may be doing the same as me and using a GUI front end which isolates each game's folder into its own root folder. That means the game is setup to expect the name of that folder in its path when it shouldn't be setup that way. The setup just needs to be run again and to shorten the path for the video and audio files so they are just C:\video and C:\audio and then the game will launch.

Doesn't Play
I tried this thing a few times and it didn't run. The emulator starts then goes into an error message that says "unable to play intro.mve". So I downloaded the file and ran it on Dosbox on my computer and same error message. It seems like dos box is looking for a CD in a CD Drive to play the movies within the game, looking through the file list it looks like the program may need to install in order for those files to become visible.
