Descriptions

Morphology
Gregarious. Basidiome: gelatinous when fresh, yellow to dark brown. Superior surface: pilose. Inferior surface: smooth with few folds, 3.5–6 cm wide; substipitate, 1.3–1.7 cm long, cylindrical and solid; pilose zone shows hairs of 3–15 μm long, hyaline, often with broken tips. Cross section without medullary layer. Spores: allantoid.
Habit
Gregarious.
Distribution
Temperate. Altitude: 50 – 2900 m a.s.l. Colombian departments: Antioquia, Caldas, Chocó, Meta, Tolima, Valle del Cauca.
Ecology
Saprotroph. - Undefined saprotroph. Habitat/ecology: on dead wood, on stumps.
