Description

Magnolia conifera is a flowering plant in the family Magnoliaceae. This species was described by Dandy VSKumar for the last time the science was accepted in 2006. This species is naturally occurring in mixed evergreen forests in the hills or wetlands of the valley. In China, wildlife is recorded at a range of 700 to 1300 m. Geographic distribution is mainly in Vietnam (Lao Cai, Vinh Phuc, Ha Tay, Quang Ninh, Tuyen Quang, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Lam Dong) and southern China (Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hunan ).
