    This plant needs very good drainage in the winter, especially if you have heavy winter rains. Or you can grow it in containers and give it some protection from too much moisture in the winter. Goes winter dormant.
    Will do best if watered in the summer.

    Leaves have a pleasant anise fragrance, blooms have an almond or pineapple scent, depending on who is smelling it. : )
