No Flowers for Goldfish Plant?

How do I get my goldfish plant to flower?

as you can see, my goldfish plant is doing awful! her stems are all dried up. i can’t figure out what’s wrong as i know she doesn’t like direct light, but she seems to do terrible in indirect light… any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! :)

My poor Goldie is shedding all her leaves and I’m not sure what to do. The soil is moist and I’ve added a grow light. I think maybe it got too cold as I just turned on my heat for the winter.
