Alpine Schefflera may have difficulty thriving, and will drop leaves 🍃, without ample sunlight.
Place it less than 3 feet from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.

How to fertilize Alpine Schefflera
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Alpine Schefflera after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

We propagated this quite awhile ago now and the diameter increased a bit, but not much else….should there be more/something else happening? Any tips on keeping this happy?

Hoping someone can tell me what my plant needs more or less of. Several branches of leaves are turning yellow, initially just the veins but now the entire leaf and all leaves on the branch. The top of the plant still looks great. TIA! #AlpineSchefflera

Black spots and drooping leaves I think my plant is dying. Help please. All of the leaves are about to fall off and usually they turn black before fully falling off. Is there anything I can do to revive this plant?

This is Chance, my mother’s dwarf umbrella tree. She does not remember how old he is, but it’s at least 12 years, she thinks. Ever since I joined Greg and she asked me to start taking care of her plants, I have been so enamored with Chance’s lovely variegation. It’s only on a few leaves, but it’s just enough to look interesting and give it some texture. And, since coming under my care, he has produced his first new shoots (?) in several years! I must know what I’m doing a little bit! 😅 Anyway, it was his watering night, and I wanted to share something beautiful, and I hope you find his colors as lovely as I do. 💚🪴 #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #DwarfUmbrellaTree #NewGrowth #PlantAddict #PlantTherapy #PLANTMAFIA #GregGang #babevila #beautifulthings
