How to fertilize Disocactus nelsonii
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Disocactus nelsonii after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Is this scale? Or just normal? I know other succulents get woody stems over time. Not sure if fishbone cacti do too. #FishboneCactus #CactusClique #SucculentSquad #PestControl

Does anyone know how to MURDER millipedes? 🐛🔥 Yes, so I despise any moving thing in my plants. Bonide apparently doesn’t work for them and neither does Natria. I have a couple dead ones and a bunch of little newborns in the bottom of my cache pot. There were also a couple of empty translucent “beads” which I thought were fertilizer beads back in January 🥸 Does anyone have any experience with these lovely little creatures? 🥰🥰🥰 #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PlantTherapy #PestControl #PLANTMAFIA #GregGang

Hey pep peeps! I think this is a peperomia japonica, but it's super hard to find any matching photos online or in Greg! Can anyone confirm this? I'm told it's a rare one for a houseplant, so really wanna keep this lil' baby growin'! Thanks! #Peperomia

Went to Home Depot to get more soil ’cause I knew I would end up getting more plants😂 Found a plant in my wish list 😁 A Fishbone Cactus . Meet ’Gwandad’ My 3yr old named him. Gwandad (my dad) enjoys fishing & she loves her Gwandad 💕 Always has lots of fun fishing w/ him and mommy especially when on his boat. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict

RicRac yellowing on one side, green on other, why? #SucculentLove #SucculentSquad Yellowing on just a few leaves. Of course the internet says it could be due to under or overwatering 🙈🤪. Took it out of pot and soil was neither dry or wet. Any input? He lives in bright northern window 🪟 First 2 pics show side with yellow 3rd pic good side. I rotate it so I don’t think it is a sun issue. But then that’s why I’m putting it out there for the experts. 😄 #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #SucculentSquad #Succulents #CactusClique

I had lots going on today! My pear seeds sprouted, I placed two in moss and one in soil. My syngonium was starting to get roots so I popped her in soil too. I also noticed two growth points in (what I’m guessing is a queen of the night, if anyone has a better guess please say) cutting that I’ve had for about 9months! 😁I’m seeing a lot of my plants coming back to life as spring approaches, it’s so exciting 😃 #HappyPlants #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #Seedlings #Syngonium #PearTree #noid
