Product: HP LaserJet M608

After the maintenance kit was installed tray 2 keeps jamming. Before the install printer was working fine just the maintenance  was at 10% so we figured it is time to get it serviced and now printer jams every time we try to print something, please help

What message you get on printer screen?

Is the paper feed from the tray 2?

Where the sheets leading edge stoped?

Does it work from tray 1?

 

If you have replaced paper pickup rollers for tray 2 that came with the new maintenance kit you probably installed it wrong.

Two things: pickup roller can be installed wrong which will result in jamming.

 

There was also recently discovered an issue with the separation rollers that were shipped recently with printer kits and can cause jamming.
