After months of waiting, the new series of Neighbours has landed.
Fans of the hit Australian soap were devastated after it was axed in July 2022 after 37 years, but the show has now returned from the grave in a style befitting the genre.
Channel 5 announced it would stop airing the show, only for production company Fremantle and streaming site Amazon Freevee to swoop in four months later to save it.
The new series, which is now known as Neighbours: A New Chapter, will see a return of the usual laughter and tears, along with a host of familiar faces.
The show provided a rich training ground for some of our biggest stars, including Kylie Minogue, Margot Robbie, Guy Pearce, Russell Crowe, Jason Donovan and Isla Fisher.
And its “final” episode, broadcast in July 2022, attracted a whopping 2.5 million UK viewers.
When does the new series of Neighbours return and how can I watch it?
Neighbours: The New Chapter is now available to watch exclusively on Amazon Freevee.
New episodes will drop daily on the platform from Monday to Thursday from 7am.
In addition, all episodes of Neighbours from 2012 onwards, plus more than 100 classic episodes, are also available to stream.
Amazon Freevee is a free-to-use ad-supported streaming service, offering a wide selection of films and TV programmes, which can be accessed by anyone.
Viewers can either watch the series through the standard platform or via the app on devices such as iPhone and Android, PlayStation 5 and many smart TVs.

Who stars in the new series of Neighbours?
Fans can expect to see some familiar and some new faces on Ramsay Street.
Characters returning to the fictional town of Erinsborough include Susan and Karl Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne and Alan Fletcher), Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis), Toadie (Ryan Moloney) and Jane Harris (Annie Jones).
Mike Young (Guy Pearce) will also reprise his role, after his character bought a home on Ramsay Street in the show’s finale.
The LA Confidential and Memento actor said he intended to leave the show “respectfully” after the surprise revival of the soap.
And The OC’s Mischa Barton has been confirmed as a cast member in the show, taking on the role of Reece, a mystery American.
