Abstract

Tribulocarpus S.Moore 1921: 228 ≡ Tetragonia L. subg. Tribulocarpus (S.Moore) Adamson 1955: 148 Typus T. dimorphanthus (Pax) S.Moore ≡ Tetragonia dimorphantha Pax Etym Tribulus, a plant genus with spiny fruits, Gk carpos, fruit, describing the spinose fruit of the type species of the genus.
