Mark was scheduled to do a kitchen and foyer tile job and minor kitchen remodel with back splash. Finished tiling the floor, did a good job except that his guys to not pay attention to their cuts or look to see if the tile they were laying down had chips in it. I have found multiple chips in the tile due to their laziness to pay attention to their work. Overall I would give them 3.5 stars for this work, but they wasted a lot of cuts and tile material. They also never came back to grout the backsplash.

The second portion of the job was never completed. Mark via email quoted me a price separately to do this portion of the work. Mark was to return the following week to complete the work. It was raining the day he came and said he would not have his tools left in the rain. I asked if he can set up in the garage, that was also a no go. He told me he would return that Monday to do the work...a one day job. Well, just as I suspected Mark did not show up that Monday...nor did he return any of my multiple phone calls, or texts. Just when you think you find a reliable honest contractor, he ends up turning out like the large majority of them. Complete lack of professionalism or business sense. Instead of being a man and telling me he would not do the second portion of the job, he simply chose to lie and ignore me, There are MANY people that can do these jobs and have good reputations on top of this...STAY AWAY FROM MARK AND MDA!! Guys a flake.

Mark was very friendly and professional. I had a bathroom floor installed and I would use him again.
