Nutrishop

I've been coming to this Nutrishop since I moved here in 2020. Everyone has always been very helpful and nice. I always purchase the buy 3 get 1 free deal. Today my husband and I asked for a shirt for each of us, which they normally are happy to do or a shirt and a shaker-- this cashier said she could not cause we didn't spend enough money. We spent nearly $200 and we typically spend nearly $200 every time. I guess we will be going back to Nutrishop in Chino Hills or Wholesale Nutrition Center. Not very happy with their customer service today.

Amazing store! Got plenty of help to get my fitness journey started. Sabrina took her time to tell me my BMI results and recommend me supplements and proteins. 10/10 would recommend! Will be coming more often. Already been seeing results

Best nutrishop I've been to! Would recommended coming here for all of your stuff. They have everything and so many different flavors of protein, bcaas, pre workout, bars, snacks, even protein donuts! I also love that they have an Inbody machine and do competitions to help you stay motivated with check ins.

I unfortunately walked into this place 4/24/23 expecting to find some memory pills/ vitamins. This place barely sells any vitamins by the looks of it. Seems to focus on protein powders & work out stuff. Don't come if u are looking to get some basic vitimins cuz it anit happening. After a good min some girl in a work out outfit comes and finally helps. She said they don't carry what I'm looking for and they don't have anything I need in stock. I asked if there's a gym in the back and she said only " yes". No information, no product info, no body test offers, seems like she Jvst wanted to go back to exercising & I was an inconvenience. Never coming back to this small shack. Don't bother

I gave this place 3 tries, never going back due the poor quality of customer value they have. I spent a good amount on whey, creatine, preworkout, supplements, took their recommendations over $100 the times I have gone.
I go in after their recommendations a week later to redo my scan and they said I cannot take it without buying a supplement or paying $5.
The next time I came in and restocked they offered me a shirt, cool, didnt have my size so I said next time. Next time I go in and let them know& they said no, you only spent $50 and its a minimum of $80.
No thanks, I am good. Compared to other supplement shops that are not as stingy or strict with even the scan. I would go in weekly to my old hometown one and buy supplements when I needed but consistently there with no hesitation.

I went to Nutrishop for an inbody scan today and Mathew was so kind and helpful! I felt a little nervous as I am not in good spot weight wise, but he totally helped me feel at ease and explained everything in a really helpful and kind way. I ended up making a purchase while there as well and he was just awesome! Great customer service and super empathetic kind human being! He was busy helping everyone in the store but made everyone feel comfortable and at ease! Nutrishop Eastvale-you are lucky to have him as an employee! I will for sure be a customer here moving forward! Thanks again!

I'm not sure what the bad reviews are for. I went to the store to purchase bcaa
L carnitine and glutamine supplement the store manager is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products in the store, which allowed me to pick the best products for my workout.

I absolutely love Nutrishop!! They have given us so much support and direction on supplements and nutrition for my boys! They are very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you so much for everything! Literally wearing your *free* shirts all the time!!!

Iv started coming here for a year now and i love it. Mark and Mia are always so welcoming and nice whenever I come in and help me on any questions I have or any products that I need. I have tried a lot of the products and pre workouts here and they work amazingly in the gym. I see a big difference with my workouts and focus and i love that. I will continue to use nutrishop products as long as I am going to the gym. I have also tried some of the protein snacks here as well and they are amazing for a good price! I would suggest coming to Nutrishop if you have any questions or need good products it's great!

So ... this was my first time ever in a NutriShop. In fact I only visited their store to use their InBody Scan machine since I joined Ontario Fit Body Bootcamp.

I left their with so much information and very satisfied with the service I received from Cassy. Thank you for your uplifting words of encouragement . I have never used supplements and I'm so comfortable now to continue on my fitness journey. I look forward to seeing you next month and share my progress. Thank you again Cassy for your attention to detail and great customer service.
