Mandelbrot: math drawing the universe

A simple formula can provide an aesthetically beautifiul representation of the infinite, and thus the universe

The Mandelbrot set is the set of complex numbers c for which the function fc(z)=z^{2}+c does not diverge when iterated from z=0, i.e., for which the sequence. In simple terms, this formula allows for a visual representation of the infinite with natural patterns. Or a methematical glimpse into the universe. It allows us to go beyond the relative frame of reference.
