Description
Yellowing knight (Tricholoma scalpturatum) is a common woodland mushroom known for its intense farinaceous odor. It usually grows under oaks. The name tricholoma means with hairs at the edge. Scalpturum means etched or engraved and refers to the scale on the mushroom cap.
