Viburnum plicatum F. plicatum ‘Pink Sensation’

Dense, compact deciduous shrub, eventually 6-10’ tall and wide; light pink 3” spheres of flowers May to June bring exclamations from garden visitors!  Enjoys sun to part shade and is easy in average garden soil.  Interesting pleated foliage has bronzy new growth and burgundy fall color.  Blooms on one year wood, so do any pruning immediately after flowering.  Drought tolt when established.
