Riemenschneider, 97, of
Yorktown, passed away
Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014. She
was bom July 29, 1916, in
Meyersville, to the late
Nick and Victoria Wasser
Bomba.
Florence is survived by
her daughter, Carol Hoke of
Live Oak; step-daughter,
Cindy DuBose of Victoria;
step-son, Guy Riemen-
schneider of Austin;
brother, Nick Bomba Jr. of
Victoria; granddaughters,
Rhonda Sheffel of Victoria
and Jennifer Torres of San
Antonio; six great-grand-
children, three great-great-
grandchildren; and many
nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in
death by her parents; hus-
band, Floyd Riemenschnei-
der; daughter, Phyllis
Koenning; son-in-law,
Josephine “Jo”
Johnson
Josephine “Jo” Johnson,
92, of Yorktown, passed
away Friday, February 14,
2014. She was bom August
20, 1921 in Detroit, Mich.
Jo is survived by her son,
Michael Johnson and wife,
Judy; grandchildren, Chris
(Jennifer Matus) Johnson,
Sherry (Steven) McGrew,
Major Russell Hoke; sib-
lings, Anne Williford, Dan
Bomba, Alois Bomba, and
Helen Jendrzey.
Visitation was 5:30-8
p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m.
Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014 at
Finch Funeral Chapel. Fu-
neral mass was at 10 a.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014 at
Holy Cross Catholic
Church. Interment followed
at Westside Cemetery. Peo-
ple were asked to celebrate
her life by wearing red.

Kenne, Victor Jendrzey,
Bmce Bomba, Clayton
Kenne and Dustin Kenne.
Honorary pallbearers were
