Kurtzman and his producing partner Jenny Lumet remain central figures spearheading the “Star Trek” TV universe at Paramount+ and CBS Studios, with multiple new projects being announced in the past year. First, the long-awaited “Section 31” spinoff starring Michelle Yeoh is moving forward as a TV movie event with Kurtzman executive producing.
