Red Wagon Entertainment

Douglas
Wick

Producer

An experienced producer with a nose for great material, Wick has launched a string of successes, including the five-Oscar-winning “Gladiator,” kid pleaser “Stuart Little,” frightfests “The Craft” and “Wolf” and Angelina Jolie’s breakout, “Girl, Interrupted.” Firmly establishing himself when his first solo effort, “Working Girl,” proved a big hit, he later founded Red Wagon, the production company he now runs with wife and partner Lucy Fisher. Under that shingle, Wick’s more recent work has included the $765 million-grossing “Divergent” series; “Memoirs of a Geisha,” which was nominated for six Oscars and won three; and Baz Luhrmann’s 2013 two-time Oscar winner “The Great Gatsby.” He co-founded CuresNow, a nonprofit that promotes regenerative medicine and stem-cell research.
