Ramon Ayala to Open His First Mexican Cantina

Mexican-American musician Ramon Ayala plans to open his first cantina at the end of the month at Primm Valley Casino. Ramon Ayala's Cocina & Cantina will be an authentic Mexican eatery from the King of the Accordion, his first in the United States.

The Ramon Ayala restaurant will include live music, some of Ayala's memorabilia and of course merchandise.

The Hispanic musician has more than 50 years of experience as an accordionist, vocalist and songwriter and defines norteño music. Ayala will also start a residency at the resort with two concerts a year beginning Feb. 19.
