I love that they take the edge off. I have had high levels of stress my whole life and until turning 40 didn’t realize how it had affected me until I started seeing and experiencing physical symptoms and emotional regulation issues. I tried meds and therapy and nothing ever seemed to really take the edge off. I turned ti homeopathy and meditation which helped get me out of fight or flight mode but always felt that underlying edge that I was still on high alert.
