Actor and filmmaker Eva Longoria has returned her sprawling amenity-rich Beverly Hills pad to the market with a $22.9 million price tag, Dirt reports. Measuring just under one-and-a-half acres, the property hosts an 11,000-square-foot contemporary Spanish-style house with an attached four-car garage, an astroturfed lawn surrounding a swimming pool with a spacious Baja shelf, a nearby cabana with wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, a separate glass-walled indoor-outdoor gym with canyon views, and a fenced-in paddle tennis court equipped with lights for nighttime matches and a courtside pavilion complete with a beverage fridge.

Eight bedrooms and nine full and two half bathrooms are spread throughout the main house, which enjoys oak flooring and tall ceilings, allowing plenty of wall space for the Desperate Housewives star’s husband, José Bastón, to display his art collection. Tucked behind bright red front doors, the double-height foyer features a circular skylight and a floating wood plank staircase. Other interior highlights include a library with a fireplace and backyard access, a wine cellar with space to sit and sip, and a media room with red velvet curtains and a huge charcoal gray bouclé sectional.

In a 2022 interview with AD, Longoria revealed that the island-equipped eat-in kitchen is her favorite room of the house “because that’s where the heart of the home is,” though she wished it was bigger. “But I really think I’m insatiable. I think there could never be a kitchen big enough for me,” she admitted. The house also boasts a separate prep kitchen for large-scale entertaining.

“Probably my second favorite room is my closet,” the Golden Globe nominee told AD, and it’s easy to see why. The primary suite is decked out with a massive walk-in closet organized with tons of storage, as well as an enviable ensuite bathroom clad in eye-catching white-and-gray stone, complete with a windowed soaking tub and a separate glass-walled shower.
