The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Kissimmee man Monday alleged to have been in possession of child sexual abuse material.

Joseph Omi Rinaldi-Rivera, 19, was charged with 10 counts of possession of photo/video of sexual performance by a child. Jail records show he’s been released on what the Sheriff’s Office said was a $10,000 bond as of Tuesday afternoon.

Sheriff’s officials say they were notified by the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) of an incident regarding child sexual abuse material. Detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit began an investigation, and Monday, ICAC unit detectives served an arrest warrant at a Cobblestone Circle apartment in Kissimmee.

During a forensic review of the evidence obtained from Rinaldi-Rivera, detectives located multiple videos and photos of egregious content of young children being sexually abused. Rinaldi-Rivera was subsequently arrested.
