I’m thrilled to be returning to Berlin this season and playing alongside an incredible group of girls. There’s so much potential with this team and it’s only the beginning!

Waterloo, Ontario - FC Berlin is excited to announce the signing of Tegan Morrison, a Waterloo native and striker from the University of Maine, for the upcoming 2023 United Women's Soccer (UWS) Season. Tegan is a familiar face to the team, having been a member of the UWS team last summer where she made 12 appearances, scoring 7 goals and helping the team with 5 assists.

Tegan's outstanding performance on the field earned her Offensive Team of the Week after a three-goal performance against the Pittsburgh Hotspurs in our second game of the season. Her impressive skills as a striker will be a valuable asset to the team as we aim to make a strong impact in the UWS league.

"We are thrilled to welcome Tegan back to the FC Berlin family," said Coach Santiago Almada. "Her experience, leadership and natural talent as a striker will make her a valuable addition to our team. We are confident that Tegan will help us achieve our goals this season."

Tegan expressed her excitement to be joining FC Berlin and playing in front of her hometown crowd. " I’m thrilled to be returning to Berlin this season and playing alongside an incredible group of girls. There’s so much potential with this team and it’s only the beginning," said Tegan Morrison. "Let’s tear it up! There’s great potential with this team and I am excited to get back and work on improving our form from last year by making it deeper into playoffs and getting back at it with the team."

FC Berlin's 2023 UWS season is set to kick off in May, and with Tegan Morrison on board, the team is confident in their ability to compete at the highest level.

We invite all fans to come out and support Tegan and the team as they take on their opponents this season.
