H.E. Ms Ségolène Royal, minister of environment, energy and the sea, in charge of international relations on climate of France, is co-chair of the Carbon Pricing Leadership Coalition (CPLC) High Level Assembly. She was president of the UN climate change process COP21 / CMP11.
