    Germination Instructions

Sow seed as soon as possible, fresh seed germinates best. Best to sow directly or under glass in autumn where natural winter cold will offer ideal conditions for germination to occur in spring as the weather warms. Surface sow onto moist, well-drained seed compost and just cover with a sprinkling of soil. Keep moist. Can be sown indoors at any time. Mix seed with some damp vermiculite and place in a plastic bag. Place somewhere warm for 3 weeks then cold stratify. Move to the fridge, ideal temp. 4-6°C for 8 weeks. Remove from fridge and sow seeds.

    Growing Instructions

Prefers a fertile, moist soil in full or partial sun.

    Cultivation Instructions

Cut down to ground level in autumn. Will self-seed in ideal growing conditions.
