Offei not only appears on the CBeebies programme, but he has also starred in James Bond movie Casion Royale, but also starred alongside Dougray Scott in Hitman.

Offei's prosecution at Enfield magistrates court comes after the Government authorised the removal of £13.5million from bank accounts of those failing to pay maintenance.

'Parents who try to dodge what they owe are cheating their children out of vital cash,' a Department of Work and Pensions spokesman said.
