Take That’s Gary Barlow, 52, Mark Owen, 51, and Howard Donald, 55, will soon be taking to the stage for the Coronation Concert at Windsor Castle.

However, in a live interview shortly before their performance, Mark’s appearance frazzled viewers.

As the musician shared his nerves about the show, fans were far more focused on his hair.

One viewer ranted on Twitter: “Oh, wtf is Mark Owens hair???”

Another shared a snap of Queen Camilla and King Charles III giggling captioned: “When you see Mark Owens haircut.”

Some viewers reached out on Twitter in support of the singer, as one shared: “Everyone slagging Mark Owen off like they won't age.

“People judge too much on appearance. It's what's inside that counts.”

Another shared: “Be kind people, Mark Owen has the face of a man that has had to put up with Gary Barlow for many long and lonely years.”

A third slammed the critics, brutally declaring: “Some of the ugliest women in the UK are currently tweeting "I can't believe I use to have a crush on Mark Owen.."

“The lack of self awareness is mind boggling.”

Another fumed: “As long as he is happy & healthy does it matter if he has let his hair grow.”

While viewers were distracted with his flowing locks, Mark opened up on their preparation for the performance, joking that it only takes two essential steps.

He shared: “We know the songs, we know the words. It helps if you know the words to what you’re doing.”

The singer added that “it’s nice” to have Harold and Gary beside him on stage so they can all “help each other up there”.

Mark continued: “We still get a bit nervous but we’re really excited. Look at the backdrop this is awesome.”

Mark and his bandmates catapulted to fame in the early 1990s, alongside former bandmates Robbie Williams and Jason Orange.

The daunting stage is also being conquered tonight by the likes of Katy Perry and Lionel Richie.
