Black Friday is almost upon us, returning to the UK on Friday, November 27.
Most retailers around Reading , Bracknell and Wokingham will open their doors to eager shoppers for sales at 8am, but most online retailers will implement the start of their deals live online at midnight.
Shoppers are being advised to keep an eye out for bargains all week as some retailers will start offering deals from Monday, November 23.
With Christmas fast approaching, it seems that many of the shops in town are targeting early buyers.
Which shops are taking part?
Tesco
The supermarket has announced a countdown timer online with a sneak preview of deals including three for two on Christmas decorations, 1000 points when you use your clubcard with certain items and up to 50% of toys.
Currys
The electrical goods store is allowing for customers to register their interest online for Black Friday now. They will then be sent details about exclusive offers in store and online on a range of products including laptops , TVs and headphones to washing machines , Smart Tech and coffee machines from top brands.
Argos
Argos has also issued an early interest registration process online. It is encouraging customers to “avoid the drama of Black Friday” by registering now for an Argos my account.
By doing this, customers get quicker access to deals and faster in-store collection from the Fast Track counter in-store when you buy online.
Plus, the store will hold your item for 7 days, so you can pick it up when its convenient for you.
Amazon
The online store has issued a number of deals with timers leading up to Black Friday, showing you when the offers end on the product.
Items with up to 70% off include home ware, Rugby merchandise, jewellery and motor biking equipment.
