Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz are officially husband and wife—and insiders have shared a lot of details about the weekend wedding extravaganza.

According to People, the couple tied the knot in a traditional Jewish ceremony ahead of the “elegant black-tie” reception held on the Peltz family estate in Palm Beach, Florida, on April 9. According to sources who gave People the rundown, orchids hung from the ceiling of the chuppah where the bride and groom said their vows in front of almost 600 guests. Nicola, who wore a Valentino dress, reportedly walked down an “elevated runway” with “water and floating flowers” on each side.

Perhaps the sweetest detail, however, is that Peltz’s grandmother reportedly served as her maid of honor. Not to be left out, an insider said that Brooklyn’s father, David Beckham, gave a lengthy speech “about Brooklyn being born, their family life, and how great of a mom Victoria is.”

Of course, the entire weekend was a family affair. Aside from the celebrity guests—reportedly including Mel C, Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Jordana Brewster, Gordon Ramsay, and Eva Longoria—the entire Beckham clan was in attendance, along with Nicola’s parents, Nelson Peltz and Claudia Heffner, as well as her seven siblings.

Ahead of the event, Victoria Beckham shared a series of family pics of her husband, 19-year-old Romeo, 10-year-old Harper, and 17-year-old Cruz. “An exciting weekend ahead of us!! Kisses from Miami ☀️💒 💕,” she captioned the post. “We love you @brooklynbeckham and @nicolaannepeltz!! Kisses @davidbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven 💕💕💕.”

The party, according to People’s sources, was one for the record books. After the ceremony David Blaine reportedly performed magic during the cocktail hour, and later in the evening Marc Anthony performed on a stage that “literally rotated around.”

Though she couldn’t be in attendance, Emma Bunton (a.k.a. Baby Spice) congratulated the couple on Instagram. “These two beautiful souls are getting married today!” she wrote. “I’m so sorry I couldn’t make it there to celebrate you both. We Love you all very much. @victoriabeckham @davidbeckham try not to cry too much!!#happytears ❤️❤️.”

In the week prior to their nuptials, it was reported that Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz signed the “mother and father of all prenups.” According to the Daily Mail, the legal agreement was drawn up not just to protect Victoria and David’s estimated $498-million fortune, but also investor Nelson Peltz’s alleged net worth of $1.7 billion. A source that spoke with People claims Nicola’s father requested that wedding guests make donations in support of Ukraine in lieu of gifts.

Brooklyn and Nicola announced their engagement in July 2020 with a photo on Instagram taken by Brooklyn’s youngest sibling, Harper. “Two weeks ago I asked my soulmate to marry me and she said yes,” he wrote at the time. “I am the luckiest man in the world. I promise to be the best husband, and the best daddy one day. I love you baby.”

In her own post, Nicola wrote, “You’ve made me the luckiest girl in the world. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life by your side. Your love is the most precious gift. I love you so so much baby, and thank you Harper for this pic.”
