Who says January need only be about break-ups?
We come bearing faith-restoring glad tidings that Reggie Yates is engaged to his girlfriend Tia Ward.
The pair have been dating for four years and the Radio 1 DJ is thought to have proposed while they were on a romantic break to Brazil on his fiancee's birthday.
Ward shared a picture of her, frankly enormous, ring on Instagram along with the caption:
"B I R T H D A Y S P A R K L E. I have decided to stick with love, hate is too great a burden to bear. Happy Martin Luther King Day," she wrote.

Ward shared a series of photos from her trip, which are too jealousy-inducing to go into detail, but they involve plenty of sun, sea and cocktails.
"It took forever, and it was emotional," Yates said of the proposal. "She was very happy. So I did just right for her... It's all come together perfectly."
Yates had the ring designed himself - a diamond set in gold.
"I found the stone for and then designed the setting for it... It's beautiful and it's right for her. It's not a yellow diamond," he said. "It's in a gold setting so in certain light it looks yellow."
